• Matcha: Due to sanitary reasons, matcha is non-returnable unless there is an issue with the product (e.g., poor condition upon arrival).
• Pottery: Handmade pottery is non-returnable. For non-handmade pottery, you can return it within 30 days for store credit, which must be used within one year.
• Workshops & Events: For workshops, cancellations must be made 2 weeks in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 6 days’ notice will not be refunded due to preparation costs.
To subscribe to our Seijaku Matcha, simply visit our website and choose the subscription option. For just 35€ per month, you will receive a 40g matcha bag delivered to your door or available for pick-up at our studio. We offer deliveries twice a month within Antwerp and nearby areas. You can also opt to pay via credit card or cash.
• For Pilates classes, you must cancel at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the class will be charged.
• Workshops must be canceled at least 2 weeks in advance for a full refund. If canceled within 1 week, we offer a 50% refund. Cancellations made with less than 6 days notice or no-shows will not be refunded, as we prepare materials specifically for each workshop.
Yes! We offer a monthly subscription for our Seijaku Matcha, priced at 35€ per month. You will receive a 40g bag of matcha delivered to your door or available for pick-up at our studio. You can cancel or modify your subscription anytime by notifying us 5 days before the beginning of the next month.
We also offer various Pilates classes and wellness workshops, which can be booked through our website.
We provide all the equipment for our Pilates classes, including mats and props. You only need to bring comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely and a towel (mandatory for the Pilates classes for sanitary reasons). For workshops, if we are doing pottery or other activities, we’ll inform you beforehand if anything specific is needed.
To ensure fairness to both our instructors and other students, Pilates classes must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. If you fail to cancel within this time frame, the class will be charged. Additionally, if you have a Pilates subscription, your classes must be used within 1 month from the first class you attend.
Currently, we offer local delivery in Antwerp and the surrounding areas (e.g., Brasschaat, Schilde, Schoten, etc.). We also offer the option for customers to pick up their matcha orders directly from our studio. Delivery for subscriptions is done on select days each month, so please check for updates on when we’ll be in your area.
Due to the nature of the products, we do not offer refunds for matcha as it is a consumable product. For pottery, you can return unused items within 30 days for a store credit, and handmade pottery is non-returnable. If you believe your product is damaged or defective, please contact us, and we’ll address the issue.
