5.    Subscriptions:

​

    •    Subscription Terms: Matcha subscriptions will be charged monthly at 35€, with the option for home delivery or studio pick-up. Orders will be delivered on designated days each month to areas around Antwerp (e.g., Antwerp, Brasschaat, Schilde, Schoten). Subscriptions are month-to-month, and cancellations can be made up to 5 days before the start of the next month.

    

 

6.    Workshops and Events:

    •    Cancellation Policy: Full refunds for cancellations 2 weeks before the event, 50% refund within 1 week, and no refunds for cancellations within 6 days or no-shows.

    •    Group Size: Workshops at our studio are designed for up to 8 people. Customizable workshops are available on request.

    •    Participation in physical activities, including Pilates, workshops, or events, is entirely voluntary and undertaken at the participant’s own risk.

    •    Participants acknowledge that such activities may involve physical exertion, which can result in injury, accident, or health complications.

    2.    Health and Fitness

    •    It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure they are physically and medically fit to engage in any activity offered by the green flow concept.

    •    Participants must inform the instructor of any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or limitations before beginning any session.

    3.    Limitation of Liability

    •    The green flow concept, its instructors, employees, and partners, are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or health-related issues arising during or after participation, except where such liability is mandated by law.

    •    This limitation of liability includes, but is not limited to, injuries resulting from the use or misuse of equipment, improper execution of movements, or failure to follow safety instructions.

    4.    Responsibility for Personal Belongings

    •    The green flow concept is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal property during any activity or while on the premises.

    5.    Safety Instructions and Conduct

    •    Participants are required to follow all safety instructions provided by instructors and respect the rules of the studio.

    •    Disregarding instructions or engaging in unsafe behavior may result in removal from the session without a refund.

    6.    Waiver and Release

    •    By participating, the participant releases and discharges the green flow concept, its instructors, employees, and partners from any claims, demands, or legal actions arising out of or connected to participation, except in cases of proven negligence or willful misconduct.

    7.    Products and Services

    •    All products sold (e.g., matcha, pottery, and wellness goods) are intended for use as directed. The green flow concept is not responsible for injuries, allergic reactions, or damages arising from improper use or storage.
