Meet Lala
My name is Lala, founder of the green flow concept. I'm a certified Pilates Mat & reformer coach from Valencia based in Antwerp. I love moving my body, stretching, running, horse riding... Pilates has taught me to control every movement of my body, my breath, to improve my concentration, and to be more present in the moment. I enjoy showing my flowies (students) how each small correction in their posture can completely change an exercise. Every class is a new learning experience, a new challenge, both for the student and for me, as there's always something new to learn or improve. I put my heart into every class because my passion is to help my flowies discover how through the practice of Pilates, combined with a healthy lifestyle, they can improve their lives both physically and mentally.

The green flow concept was created in 2023 by Lala, a certified Pilates Mat and Reformer coach with a deep passion for movement and wellness. Fueled by a love for Pilates and an obsession with matcha, Lala envisioned a space where both could come together to create a balanced, fulfilling lifestyle.
Our mission is simple: to help you feel your best, inside and out. Through Pilates, we guide you to connect with your body, improve your posture, and increase your strength, while offering you the mental clarity that comes from mindful movement.
We pair that with the amazing benefits of our premium Matcha—imported from Uji, Japan—which not only supports the body with antioxidants and boosts metabolism, but also helps to calm the mind and enhance focus.
